Water Your Plants

My collection titled “Water Your Plants” represents an era in my life of many challenges and changes, with emphasis on finding ways to improve my days through creation and selfcare.  

I felt inspired to create garments that I imagine the subjects in my paintings would wear, with vibrant colors, decadent textures, and witty juxtaposition. Not only was it a way to create clothing I would feel confident wearing, but I poured hours of love into each item by hand stitching every bead and tailoring every look. From gowns to t-shirts, I am exhibiting the chance to feel sexy and express myself in a very loud way.

Each item of this collection is for sale – from head to toe. Each garment was either sourced from my personal closet or secondhand dealers in Tulsa, OK. Each item is detailed with hand-painted and hand-beaded designs, with an ode to my love for glass art with hand-made dichroic glass creations.
